A passionate and self-motivated individual, accomplished in corporate sales training and consulting, Timothy Gorring brings extensive experience at management level in the sales, retail, hospitality and human resources industries to the Ray White Double Bay group.
Timothy successfully grew his own training consultancy and also spent a decade within the hospitality and retail industries developing his inter-personal and communication skills. During this time he was fortunate enough to work with several companies and sales professionals in Australia and overseas.
Now well and truly settled in Sydney, Timothy purchased his home through Ray White's Alexandria office and specialises in residential sales throughout the Inner City and Inner West.
"I love the diversity of the area," says Timothy. "It offers everything from Victorian terraces and workers' cottages to stunning apartments and luxury homes, along with excellent transport and great proximity to the city."
Timothy says real estate provides him with the opportunity to work closely with people and his community.
"Sydney's inner city property market is constantly changing," he said. "So are the needs of people in the inner city, and exceeding their expectations is endlessly motivating for me personally."
Creating successful outcomes is something Timothy intends to remain firmly focused on. He is a high level communicator determined to make buyers and sellers feel completely at ease, and believes his human resources and hospitality background will help enormously when it comes to developing a marketing difference for each client.
